Cracker Barrel - Descrimination Against Employees

MCDONOUGH, GEORGIA -- I work at store 515 Mcdonough GA. I feel descriminated against because I am not young and cute if I ask a manager a question I always get a smart comment and a younger more cute employee can ask the same exact question and the managers laugh and giggle with them and tell them the answer very nicely. They do not acknowledge our employee hand book they just make up rules as they go along. We get repremanded in the dining room where there are guest we get yelled and screamed at in front in other employees I feel the managment staff at the store should all be fired because they are all unprofressional and when we call corporate office they do nothing to rectify the situation I think my next call will be with my attorney.

You appear to have used your name and specified the store location. Management may take you on your word and prepare for a legal fight. Companies don't take threats of legal action lightly. Good luck.

try contacting your hr department and see if you can file a complaint. this should never be accepted!

I've worked for this company for years and I'm telling you they will go on your personal private internet pages and if you mention anything about hating your job or people you work with, you will be demoted or fired.. Trust me, it happened to me.. Good luck with you and job...
