ASHLAND, OHIO -- Verizon Wireless has the worst customer service I have ever seen. In December of 2010 I my phone quit working so I went to the local Verizon Wireless store and asked for a new phone. I had a free early upgrade mailing in my hand. The service representative refused to honor the early upgrade. I needed a phone right away so I ended up buying a new phone at 250 dollars with a 1 year warranty. In Sept 2011 that phone went bad so I went back to the store and requested a new phone since the one I had was still under warranty. They would not honor the warranty! So they sent me a refurbished replacement phone that lasted less than 5 days and when I called them they said that it would take another 5 days to get me another. I have a business to run and can not be without a phone that long so I went to a big box store and bought a prepaid phone and cancelled my services with Verizon They soaked me 326 dollars only 80 was early disconnection fees and it goes on with complaints to the attn general etc. siding with the big company of Verizon Wireless.
