RUTHERFORD SERVICING PASSIAC COUNTY, NEW JERSEY -- I had an appointment scheduled, and confirmed, for June 30, 2012 Bergen County office, with a window of 10-1pm. At 1:45 I called and spoke to a woman at the office named Laurie, letting her know my service was behind schedule by almost an hour. Laurie said she had just arrived at the office, recited my phone number and said she'd find out what was going on and call me back. She never did. I called the office again two more times before time of closing and then got the machine. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism and courtesy that has been shown. Its two days later and I just got a return call from Laurie thinkin I was a new customer inquiring about services. She was not willing to do ANYTHING to try and make the situation right. As if my time is not valuable. I am a reasonable person and would have allowed for mistakes or unseen mishaps, but now I will move forward with the extremely honest, and negative review of this specific chem dry. Never have I been dismissed in such a way by a company I was about to give my money to. I hope in the future possible customers will see my review and they choose to give their time and money to a company more depentable, more courtious, more honoable, and simply more deserving.

If this is the way they treat their customers I'd be very unwilling to trust them with cleaning my carpets and furniture properly.
