Fencing - Complaint
CINCINNATI, OHIO -- On April 30th I signed a contract to a fence buy on my property. The salesman said it would be in by the end of May or the first week of June. Somehow they forgot to put in the fence but billed me twice for the job. When I complained they took away one of billing and told me they had to send back the fence materials because they found a flaw. They gave me the run around for two more weeks. At last the fence was installed in a day by one person. It is the worst job I have ever seen.
When I complained they sent the supervisor out to take a look. She took pictures and told me she would get back to me in a couple of days. This was on June27th I'm still waiting to hear from Lowe's. Today on July 2nd I received a call from the credit card place asking why I did not send in a payment. They refused to listen to my complaints. I will never buy anything from Lowe's again and will advise all family and friends to do likewise.
