SOUTH CAROLINA -- On July 2, 2012 my husband, Wayne Dowd opened a Coke can (diet, caffeine free) When he was near the bottom, he felt something touch his tongue. After pouring the liquid into a cup, we discovered a long piece of a foreign object. (about 2.0cm long by. 25 cm wide)
The can came from Atlanta, Ga and the rexam is 1 652 2 1454B. The bar code is 499290.
Please send me your legal departments direct contact information.

there should be a contact number on the can. give it a call and file your complaint as the manufacturer will never respond to your complaint on this forum.

If you are intending to file a lawsuit against this company, I am 100% confident that they will not respond to you on a third party website.

You can either complain directly to the manufacturer as the previous reply advises, and get some compensation in the form of replacement product, or go the legal eagle route and sue them for everything you can.
