Cricket - They Do Not Want to Cancel My Cell Phone Account

PENNSYLVANIA -- My Cricket Phone Service has been suspended since 6-14-2012, but the bill still continues on piling up month after month. I went to a local Philadelphia, PA local branch and requested my account to be closed and they refused closing the account, stating that I will cancel on its own. So, if it cancels on its own why is it a bill keeps on been applied to my account. I think Cricket is trying to get away with theft, cause if they keep on charging me with services I'm not using, and I disregard this problem, they are going to stick it on my credit.

And when I do a credit report, they are going to say that I never paid the bill. Cricket is a very malicious American telecommunication Company. Shame on the American Businesses that are playing themselves so low. So, People out there don't ever get a Cell phone service from this company. Customer service didn't help me cancel the account, not a local branch, not the payment department.

My next step is to contact the Best Business Beauro of the City of Philadelphia, or the State of Pennsylvani since I reside in Pennsylvania to see if they Can help fight these Cricket Predators.
