COLORADO -- Needed two rooms for the night of June 26. Booked both several days in advance and requested non smoking rooms. When I arrived I was told they were sold out and I would have to take two smoking rooms. I checked in and found both rooms were nasty filthy. I was not sure that the sheets had been changed, one bed had blood stains on the pillow, the bed spreads were stained in several places and had many cigarette burns. One of the microwaves had ketchup smeared on the door. The tables were smeared with sosme kind of crud.

I went to my car and tried to find two rooms somewhere else but because of the fires in Colorado Springs and Ft. Collins 30,000 people evacuated, all hotels were booked. I called the front desk and told them what I had found in the rooms. They had no others and no one available to clean the two I had. They finally gave me clean ( I hope they were clean) sheets to put on the bed myself. I asked for something to clean with and they said they had nothing.

I left the hotel after putting the sheets on about 10;00 and went to the airport to pick up my son who was to arrive at 1:30 A.M. We went back to the hotel and tried to sleep on top of the sheets I had been given. We left about 4:00 A.M. We were both so disgusted by the filth we could not sleep and could not stay. He had come in from China, a 22 hour flight. We then had a four hour drive to get home.

It has been several days and I cannot get this out of my mind, I have not been able to take enough showers since.

I have called the corporate office and have not received a call back
