NEWPORT, KENTUCKY -- I have ordered from this location on maybe five different occasions. Today I order and the manager Matt had a problem with were I lived and told me that I was in another Jetts district. Then he politly put me on hold and proceeded to handle my order "THIS TIME I WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER BUT YOU ARE IN ANOTHERS DISTRICT". Okay he was nice in all. But if Ive told him that I have already ordered from here on a few different occasions, and I'm already in their system. Why does it matter if I'm closer to them? and theyve NEVER had a problem with me before? I do not feel that that manager handled this too well. He needs to be addressed on his managerial skills.
