Olive garden - Terrible food and poor management skills

PEABODY, MASSACHUSETTS -- We went to your restaurant and was very disappionted. The food was cold. The vegetable asparagus were dry and microwaved. I went with my mother in law who recently broke her neck. She ordered shrimp scampi and she said the shrimp tasted like bleach.. I was so embarrasssed. She Then ordered chicken parm. And came to the table burnt. I can't believe our experience. I am shocked no one from the management team did not come over to check on us..You should remember to make sure that all dinners that come out of the kitchen should be something you would be proud of serving.....

Did you ask for the Manager? If not then you should have. Even the best manager doesn't know is something is wrong if someone doesn't speak up.

I agree you should have requested a manager - ideally a manager shouldn't have to walk around, because at a decent restaurant garbage like this doesn't leave the kitchen. However, in any restaurant they should respond to complaints.
I used to have a problem with the food and service at Olive Garden. I resolved my issues by no longer darkening their door.

Sadly Olive Garden, a chain restaurant, has hit bottom. I used to frequent this restaurant but no more. The prices have gone up and the portions are smaller making this not a good value. They advertise unlimited soup and salad. The salad is mostly lettuce and onions with very little toppings. When you try to order seconds it is frowned upon. The food quality has declined. They have mostly kids working there with bad management. They have not earned my business and I will not be returning.
