E-Faucets.com - Very Poor Service- Refuse to cancel order and give refund
Very poor customer service. Order a product which I never received, also paid for overnight shipping. They refused to refund my money (spoke with 'Christina' in customer service). Refused to reimburse for shipping of product I never received. They left me on hold 19 minutes, and then came back saying order had already shipped. 30 min after phone call I get email update saying order has shipped, so obviously, it had not shipped before my phone call- they just didn't wnt to refund my money!!!!!
