I Not Recive Good Attention For Kem Employe Win Dixie Manager Of Lantana Store

LANTANA, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- I went to return a purchase and did not receive the credit of the store for reason that still do not understand.

Attended manager Kem, which received a very negative attention and talked too loud at me made no attempt to help resolve my case .. I just begged the receipt of purchase. I told him I had not but he can check my credit card, Dixi Win CARD and/or my driver's license.
But, he said I had to check the cameras to see the time when I buy,   he attended. Very bad like a thief.

I've always bought at this store because it is near my house,
but my family and I decided never to buy there / or any other Win Dixi.
I do not like to spend my money or my time where I and mistreated
and makes me feel like a thief.

I feel very mistreated by this employee named Kem.

If I interpreted this correctly, the problem is you didn't have your receipt. That is more and more becoming a requirement at most every retailer.

Most stores require a receipt for refund. I think only Kohls offers to look up your credit card and correct me if I'm wrong, but is that just their Kohls card? Being told no does not equal poor treatment.

Most stores require a receipt for returns, some, but not all stores can sometimes look up the transaction if you used a credit card, but if you paid with cash, the only paper trail is the your receipt and if you don't have that, then chances are you won't be able to get a refund or be able to return an item. You weren't mistreated, you simply didn't have the necessary materials for a return.

Some rewards cards will also track purchases if you lose your receipt.
