BRONX, NEW YORK -- I notice the Dunkin Donuts in 2350 Jerome Ave in the Bronx, only cater to the Hispanic customers. Every-time, I'm there the salesperson's speaking Spanish and extra friendly to the Spanish customers. On 7/6/12 I was on line ahead on an Spanish male customer, two salesperson was at the counter. Salesperson #1 was taking care of the customer. Salesperson#2 knew I was next and when the Spanish customer behind me rudely spoke in Spanish his order to salesperson#2. Salesperson #2 overlooked me and serve him, when I told both salespersons person I was next in which they knew. They try to cover up my complaint and didn't even say sorry. Both salesperson are Spanish.

If they had refused to serve you, you would have legal recourse. Putting you at the back of the line, I don't think, rises to the level of a violation.

Report them to DD HQ, then stop going there. What else can you do? Cause a big stink that will surely get nasty stuff added to your order? I'm personally usually content enough to take my business where it is appreciated.

I dont think its racism. Its more like favoritism or discrimination.

How do you know that salesperson #2 knew that you were next? Maybe salesperson #2 didn't see you?
