NORTH CAROLINA -- Bad personalities bad attitudes never greeted act like they are doing you a favor. Do not like to answer questions. Manager very grumpy except when talking to the young girls working. Cashiers very rude with bad attitudes. Service is slow and store is nasty. I live close by and only shop there when I can not get to the one ten miles away where I am always greeted when I enter the store and every dept. you are greeted and asked if they can help you.
You are never greeted at Liberty store never a smile any where in the Liberty store. I had to go to the Liberty store last week first time in a year because I needed something in a hurry in the deli. Finally a nice older lady with cute red glasses helped me and even talked me in to something else I was not thinking of buying. She was so helpful and so nice I about fell over. I keep watching this lady as I came out of the other isles she was steady busy. She must be new because no one else even greeted me or spoke to me even the manager as he came on the floor a minute.
I think an over hall needs to be done to this store. I have never been in a store that young girls stand around like they have nothing to do and they are doing you favor stopping to wait on you a customer. I think you need to get a new manager and hire people who really need a job and eager to please the customer. I really appreciated the help and the nice smile from the older lady with the red glasses.
