BALCH SPRINGS, TEXAS -- We visited the Church's store located in Balch Springs, Texas on Sat 7/8/12 around 1 pm where we were very disappointed to see a manager (male) lecturing, somewhat rudely, how things are done to the young lady that was taking order. He scolled at her several times while we were there eating. We did noticed that the other two employees that were also working there would avoid him as much as possible. Shortly after scolling at her, he then is personalizing his weekend activities by asking her about going to the movies with him. If this is the type of work enviroment that this poor girl has to work at, I truly suggest that she moves on to another company that cares about their employees. As for this company, I strongly suggest that someone looks into this due to the fact that it is unwanted behavior that she was very distrubed with.
