W PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- I brought a Fiat and I have had only problems with it and none of the people that work there help. They are rude and none of them have any idea what they are doing. Mr. [Snip] is completely incompetent and the rest of the workers to even the people who answer the phones they make you wait for ever and Jim and John Arrigo should be ashamed of themselves they talk about customer service but they don't even show their faces, they don't even answer the phone or emails. I will never buy a car from them again and will make sure to pass the word around.

What specific issue(s) have you been trying get resolved, and what (apparently unproductive) conversations have you had with sales and/or service?
