Lowes Doesn't Deliver
Appliance Installation - Complaint
LITTLETON, COLORADO -- Don't purchase any major appliance requiring delivery from Lowes. Their delivery department is unreliable and disorganized. We specifically paid for a red Samsung dryer for it's beauty and style. When it arrived at the store it was damaged. The delivery guy asked if we still wanted it. Really? I paid full price for a brand new items and you want to give me damaged goods? It took 3 deliveries to finally get what we purchased. On the last and final delivery, after calling the store multiple times to get an answer on our items, they sent out an installer who had NEVER installed a dryer pedestal. He apologized for not knowing what he was doing. After speaking with his manager, he realized he missed some pins and now has to come out AGAIN to fix the problem. Another wasted day waiting for these idiots to get it right. It makes me wonder if they connected the dryer correctly after having disconnected it. No discount or deal is worth putting up with the incompetence of these people. The money you save is not worth the time and energy you will spend getting things right.
