Budget Rental Car - These People Will Rip You Off Blind

I am a 70 year old woman, I rented a car in Melborn, FL. to drive up to Worcester, MA rented it from 6/11/12 to 6/13/12 I droped the car off on the 13th of June like I agreed to, they gave me my $100.00 deposit back on the 15th on July 5,2012 I was looking @ my bank accout seen Budget had taking $711.73 from me on the 5th of July because they couldn't find the car. Have all my paper work stating it was returned June 13, 2012 they are saying it wasn't returned until July 5,2012 they are suppose to refund me all that money but I have been on the phone with them for the passed 3 days fighting this and now some checks have bounced so add anouther $200.00 on top of the $711.73 so I will never rent from Budget again and I hope no one else does unless you have money to throw away. I give this company a big 0 on ratings if I could. Haha 1 is the lowest.
