Color Printer Cartridges - Complaint

EL MONTE, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased 4 ink cartridges for my HP color printer (remanufactured high capacity). Received and installed them; one month later, they were empty. I hardly ever print anything, so I was really surprised. I did email them; they did give me a return authorization and received a credit. The thing is, they are a Yahoo store and I never received a link for a rating. I guess I know why now.

Ink cartridges are better off being purchased locally rather than online. Many retailers sell "remanufactured" inkjet cartridges for less than what a "new" HP cartridge would sell for. And stores such as Walgreens and OfficeMax refill cartridges as well. However, you have to be careful with a remanufactured or refilled cartridge, since those will not trigger the "ink supply" windows on some printers (only genuine HP cartridges would trigger that window with my printer). Also, some refilled cartridges can be leakers, leaving an inky mess inside the printer.
