McDonald's - Theft
Couldn't provide receipt - Complaint
SPRING, TEXAS -- Every single time I go to the McDonald's closest to my house early in the morning, they ask how they can help me: I explain my order and they ask if it will be cash or credit. If I say cash... They ask me to repeat my order as if not even listening before(EVERY SINGLE TIME). If I say credit they tell me that they are rebooting their system and it would be at least 15 min(I've done that a few times, but EVERY TIME)... Oh and I have to ask for jelly or other condiments or I won't get them, much less napkins! Ridiculous!
