INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- In May, 2012 I placed an order for a ladies blazer. When I received it I didn't like the quality of the fabric so I returned it for an exchange. The exchange was to be for a similar blazer in a different fabric. Several weeks passed and as I was about to leave for a vacation that I had wanted to take the item with me on so I phoned to find out the progress of the exchange. The call was placed on 6-13-2012 at which time a gentleman told me that the exchange was being processed and the item would be put in the mail in a weeks time. LIAR!!!! I waited and waited and it still did not come.

On July 10, 2012 I called them again. Rosa was the person to whom I spoke this time. She informed me that it takes two weeks to process the exchange and if it is not processed in that period of time the order is cancelled. Who cancelled it? It was not me. Nor was I contacted in any way to ask if I wanted it cancelled. But now Rosa tells me there was a difference in price. Not when I exchanged there wasn't or I would have paid the difference had I been told. She also informed me that out of the $19.99 that I had paid for the first item plus shipping I was refunded $12.49 on June 6, 2012.

After getting really angry that this company had done me this way, and with no cussing or other rude language to Rosa, I informed their representative that I had been lied to and didn't appreciate it. No, she says I wasn't lied to, I just didn't have everything explained to me. Ommision of the facts is a LIE if it is intended to mislead. I was misled and I learned the hard way never to deal with this company in the future.

Ok it was unfortunate - but don't most sites have their rules for sales? Had you read through and understood them all before you ordered? returned?
Now you know what to ask or check for before you order any thing on line again. Or before you return something -more power to you- or maybe you will not purchase something you are not sure of..and some company loses your custom. The clothing did not meet your expectations, the service did not meet your expectations. Now you know what to do if there is a next time...
-the procedure is probably in place to avoid multiple re-send on 'replacements' just cancel and start the order again. inconvenient in some ways understandable in others.
