BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- Poor customer service especially from the site manager, he refuses to help me, when I Informed him that I had moved out of my unit on the 5th day of the month. the employee told me to let her know that I had took everything out my unit, which I did, however she didn't take me out the system. I had to waite 4 days until his employee gets in to work for him to confirm it with her, now they refuse to give me back my money. this company sucks
