ORANGEVALE, CALIFORNIA -- Mr [snip] has spend a lot of time going from site to site bashing my company,

The truth is yes we did do a Job for Mr [snip] that he had sold to another customer, And yes there was a problem with the job.

When the customer called us and told us there was a crack in her new Granite we went right out to look at the job, It was found that because of Mr [snip] poor workmanship the kitchen cabinets were out of level causing the granite to crack.

We removed the granite, fixed Mr [snip] unleveled cabinets and installed new granite.

The customer has since referred us to two of her friends and we have since installed new granite counter tops for them as well.

Mr [snip] was paid by his customer for the granite but didn't want to pay us for the job we did, and has since spent his time trying to bash Ware House Interiors,

We have been in the granite fabrication business for almost 30 year and we always do what ever it takes to make the customer happy,

It is always good to hear from the other people involved in a dispute or complaint.
I am glad that the end customer got her counter top corrected, and you have gotten more business from the customer's friends.
