Spirit Airlines - WORST AIRLINE
COLORADO -- My husband and I flew back to Denver from Arizona, (no surprises here) they lost our luggage. I understand mistakes happen we are after all dealing with humans..... I went to the counter to ask what could be done to locate our luggage. The representative actually shrugged and acted like I was "bothering" her with my concern for our belongings!!! I explained to her how important the contents were as my husband has major health issues and his medication was in our luggage, she reluctantly gave me a form -- Luggage Service Report--- she told me I could get online and track it then come back to the airport at a later time when they found it, then she basically "dismissed" me. The report was never entered online and when I called the only 2 phone numbers I was able to find.....I came up empty, nothing but automated info. One of the local numbers she gave me was nothing, they NEVER answered!! If you stay on the line and let it ring off the hook you will be disconnected after 5 minutes and 3 seconds......ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME????????? I will never fly with Spirit again and I will continue to tell everyone I know as well as anyone who reads these reviews that Spirit Airlines is a complete rip-off and they are obviously not concerned with return customers. What a shame, you put your trust and many ridiculous fees into these companies and they are allowed to treat you this way. P.S. Happy Independence Day America, home of the free.... Freedom for corporate America to rip off anyone they choose.
