SPRINGFIELD, NEW JERSEY -- My husband and I recently stopped in at 21 Century Auto. I have never really written a review before but I wanted to take a moment to suggest this dealership to others searching to purchase a vehicle at a great price and deal with pleasant and proffessional salesman. Arthur was the gentleman we dealt with throughout our purchase. He was very friendly and offered his assistance as soon as we arrived. We explained what type of vehicle we needed and what accommodations it had to have as well as things we would just enjoy it having but werent essential. Arthur was very knowledgeable about cars and quickly showed us several vehicles in the lot that fell into our criteria. After about an hour of looking at all types of vehicles, my husband I agreed on a really nice infiniti crossover. It was good for the weather changes and accommodated my family of 4. Arthur guided us through the paperwork as he worked with his team members and was able to get us an even better price then expected on the vehicle we chose. We met several other people at this dealership and they all seemed very friendly and professional. Arthur called us several days ago to check up on things and offer any help with questions about the car, we thought that was really great and because of their great attention to customers, I would suggest this dealer to others.
