Popeyes - Corporate office does not handle complaints

DALLAS -- I went to Popeyes and when I got home the order was wrong, the lemonade tasted like water, and they didn't give me a specific piece of chicken I requested. I called the store and told the manager what happened and I told her I was on my way back. Instead of replacing the entire order with hot food she only wanted to fix what they got wrong. I insisted that I get hot food because by the time I travel back home the original food I purchased would be cold. She got angry and coped an attitude so I asked for a refund instead, she took the food and trashed it and said she couldn't give me any cash back since I used my debit card it would have to be put back on there. Needless to say that was back in May, I never saw my refund put back on my card. I have called the corporate office several times and no one has yet to call me back I even spoke with the district manager of that particular store and still I have not gotten my refund. I guess they must need the money really bad due to the recession because its like they are refusing to return my money.
