IOWA -- We made a reservation several days in advance. The night before we were to get the truck they changed the location of where we were suppose to pick it up… having us drive 30 minutes to another town. After talking to the rudest Regional Manager working for you HAUL we decided to go with someone else. THis lady should be FIRED. Customer Service like this is unacceptable!!!!!!!

I knew before even reading your complaint what it was likely regarding. That is because the majority of truck rental complaints are for the same thing (not guaranteeing a truck will be at your location). The manager should not have been rude, but the policy is company wide.
I haven't rented a truck in several years, but I wouldn't like this policy. Heck, I have ridden a bike to pick up a rental truck. Imagine if when I got there they said I had to go 30 miles...
