Travelocity - Bad Experience
Hotel, Flights, and Customer Service - Complaint
We booked a package with Travelocity, including flight, hotel, and car. Our flight was changed to a red eye schedule after we booked, and we had to pay more if we want to take an earlier flight - scam. The hotel we got was listed in Ponce, but it was actually in Patillas, Puerto Rico - scam. This hotel has roaches on beds, stains on walls, sinks, and windows, no A/C, no TV. The fan squeaks all night. We waited until 8 am the next morning to make sure that someone will be available. We called at 8:10 am and waited 55 minutes before someone picked up. They put us on hold several times, and even hanged up on us. They did not know where to put us so we asked for a refund back and booked a hotel by ourselves. It took only 5 minutes for us to book a hotel but paid a lot for last minutes. I booked another package in Nassau Bahamas, and put down one child who is a teenager, traveling with two of us (my husband and I). Travelocity put us in one queen bed hotel room. I contacted Travelocity and was told that I have to pay more for a roll away bed.
