Sprint Customer Service
DELAWARE -- I have been with Sprint since 3/2000. I have 2 accounts 12 phones total. For the past year I have been out of work due to a medical problem so every month I am getting my service temp suspended and I have to pay 36.00 in fees plus late fees to have my phones turned back on, I really don't have a problem with that because I am always late, but this week they suspended my account today because I have a 200.00 past due bill and to make a payment arrangement they wanted 15.00. I didn't have it so my phones are still off.
You would think they would do a little more for someone who has been there so long and the money I spend every month. And the last 2 months we have been having such bad reception in Delaware I wish I could charge them every time a tower goes out. My daughter has Verizon and they always work with her for her bill. So stay away from Sprint. They are not loyal to their customers at all.
