JCPenny - Very disappointed

RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA -- All of the low price products from "best price" department are out of stock as soon as they appear on the website. The worst thing is that there is no way for you to know the product is out of stock until you click on it and look at every single size and color, wasting a lot of my time.
And when you put something in shopping cart, there will be no alert in the case the product is out of stock. I noticed about that only after I read the confirmation email.
I try to buy 50$ to get free shipping, but then I have to pay shipping fee because some products was out of stock but I was not noticed.
I will never buy from their website again.

Nothing is in stock that I want. I think they are doing it on purpose to try to get people into the stores. I order online because I don't have time to go into stores. I just skip Penney's or JCP whatever they are called these days.

I agree - - JCP has a lot of work to do on their website. A shopper should be told when they are placing items in their cart and trying to get to a certain point for free shipping that said item is not available not when you go to check-out.
