Internet Service and Channel Viewing Service - Complaint
GUAYAMA -- Wait 3 weeks for service finally the installation is made. But true to their legacy you have the lines installed and the equipment set up but it's not functioning. Over the course of five weeks, over a dozen calls amounting to over five hours of attempting to get a phone holder to react to your concerns and no satisfaction. However at the end of every phone contact the phone holder would give you a sales pitch for additional products. Their first bill came right on time and with all the correct charges for non service. A very forward billing no service company. Equipment was installed 5/30/2012 as of 7/12/12 no service. In all my calls for service, service was promised by the end of the week.
