DETROIT, MICHIGAN -- Why does my battery keep gettiing overheated and dies every time I take it off the charger? I have to use my fan just to keep it from overheating when I'm charging it. My phone doesn't stay fully charged for 30 minutes after I take it off the charger. I'm really sick and tired of over charging the battery and keeping it on the charger just so I can use it.

You could take it to a store location and have it looked over for warranty. It can't be fixed unless you take it to someone.
