Radio Shack - Stupid Employees - Rip Off

IRON MOUNTGAIN, MICHIGAN -- I have shopped at Radio Shack since 1960 and I have never been treated with such incompetence as I have been at your store in Iron Mountain, Michigan 49801.
Went to the store and purchased $86.00 in merchandise, I ordered three Capacitors at $1.02 each. They had to be ordered since the store did not have any in stock. The clerk said they could mail them to me at a total cost of $8.45. The clerk was told many times during the transaction I wanted 3 (THREE) capacitors.
When the package arrived, it had only one – Capacitor and charged $8.45. When I called the store, I was told that the clerk had a hard time making the computer accept three in the order and it only ordered one. No one! knew how to correct the cash register computer?
I asked them get me the other two and I’ll pick them up, No I was told that the clerk only charged me for one and I have to purchase the other 2.
I said ok order them, NO again I was told since they were special I had to pre-pay. (We're talking about a total of $2.04) So now I have to drive 28 miles to Radio Shack to pre-pay, then when the parts come in I have to drive back. Damn the cost of gas is $14.00. SO due to your store’s error I have $24.55 invested in a $3.06 purchase.
I will certainly think before I go back to Radio Shack. Most normal store managers would have given me the parts free due to their mistake. What happened to your company it is truly in the crapper.
