REceived money back for the vacumn that was ordered in October. I called the Singer Company on the 1st after going to their web site. The Rep gave me a telephone number and another email address to discuss the issues of getting my money back. The email address is: response@stormvac.com. She also gave me a telephone number: 1-800-974-8590. I sent the email on that same day and found that a credit was placed on my credit account for the 313.70 the next day. However, I did call the 1-800 number because the references was that it was a 'temporary credit adjustment' on the card. When I called, I promptly spoke to someone who verified that I would recieve the funds. SO far so Good.
