Pizza Hut - Poor Service, No Receipt, Improper Food Handling
THORNTON, COLORADO -- July 14, 2012 approx 9:15 pm -10:10pm Placed order for two large pizzas and breadsticks, paid cashier and she stated "It will be 15 minutes". After 15 minutes still no pizza, 30 minutes no pizza. I told employee and she said it would be 30 minutes. Other cashier came forward handling money, register and preparing food products which I thought was in violation of state codes in most states.
Employee's friend who ordered larger order after I placed my order was already given their order by this time. I asked how much longer and given the same runaround again and again asking for name and phone number. I was very upset by this time and asked employees name of Franchise Owner and was told they didn't know. Finally after close to 55 minutes was given order which I never got receipt, treated in a very disrespectful manner and given food that was prepared by people doing general cleaning and handling cash.
This is the worst example of a business I ever seen. Being 54 years of age I don't like being referred to "man" or treated in such demeaning manner. [snip]
