Travelocity - Vague Information and Charge Too Much
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered 4 tickets on their websites to Washington DC but for some reasons I could not go so I called them to cancel. The agent did not tell me about the reissuing fees of the cancelled tickets would be double the price of the tickets themselves. They also did not tell me about the $30 service fees for each ticket when I use the credits.
The confirmation emails did not mention the fees either. They only said that I can use the full credits to book the next flights. When I called them, they insisted that they already told me about it and the confirmation emails should also show that but when I sent them the emails that they sent me, they said that those emails were sent automatically and that they are not valid proves. Now I lost $750 for the cheating company.
Their service is horrible and the agents are not helpful at all. They failed to speak English clearly and properly. They yelled at me like I was too stupid to understand. Never do any business with them again. Never.
