Conn's Appliances - New Dishwasher broke- 6 weeks later not fixed, BAD customer service

TEXAS -- NEW dishwasher from Conn's Appliances broke on or around May 20, 2012. Called service repair and they have come out to fix it for 6 weeks. This dishwasher we bought for my elderly mother and she should not have to go through all this trouble. Who would go 6 weeks with a problem like this and still doesn't work? Conn's service and customer satifaction is awful and should be against the law.

Should file a complaint with Texas Attorney Genearl. Conn's was fined (refunded victims) a few years ago for the same issues, clearly nothing changed. That's the ony way they will take you seriously.
