OHIO -- I have been a Key Bank customer for 9 years. The customer service is horrible. Today July 16Th, my first attempt to reach customer service 57 minutes and then as I was being connected I was cut off. The second attempt well I'm still on hold and it has been 1 hour and 27 minutes. It says if you need customer service call this number and get connected the next week. I will close my account and NEVER do business with someone who will not service you.

The response times that you quote are totally unacceptable for bank customer service.

Is it possible to call a local branch and ask what the devil is going on, vice versa, depending on whom who are trying to contact?
