BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON -- !st I lost my phone then They Wanted 250. 00 for a up grade but I did not ask to be up graded but they did offer me what I had from the beginning unlimited calls plus text since they no longer had my original program I started out with and they took off the up grade price I PICK OUT a new phone and #3 weeks later I had to return that phone it was defected I decided to just get a phone to do what I do (Talk & Text) Nothing else that phone was on sale for $49.99 the sales person explain that the contract for the 1st replacement would be Voided out once I mailed the phone back and they received the defected phone back I was looking at my Bill and noticed that I was sill Paying for a phone that was not working and Return back to them I spoke to a operator and her supervisor (J. C) they both explain that I still have to honor the contract I explain I had no problem Paying for the 49.99 But not #21 more payments The most I owed is 5# more Payments They both explain that I still have to honor a contract for a phone I no longer have I then told the to stop my service The supervisor explain how my credit would be messed up and I told her it would not pay any more than the cost of the phone was worth 49.99 she explain that the phone would be cut off on 7/28/2012.
