Hotels.com Informative - Did you expect a bargain?
SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI -- I worked there for over a year for them, and they treat the workers as cruddy as they do the customer. $25.00 fees for any extra request or anything.... though we were given rights to waive it, I got griped at for waiving it and not charging it repeatedly.... "We are customer care, not customer service.-----We don't care and we don't give service".. Is the motto inside the business. Very sad and manipulative place to work for! Now, with the merging of many, all are in cahootz, it seems.... IF you want a room, book direct!
