ST. ANN, MISSOURI -- In 2009 I hired [snip]to re glaze my bath tub. The product featured a 5 year warranty with some restrictions. With in 2 years the product began to peel and chip. After getting in touch with [snip]he offered to fix a defective product by charging me $75. He claimed the damage was my fault and strongly defended his point of view as an owner operator. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Since the BBB has no enforcement power, I'd suggest you also file a complaint with the Missouri consumer protection agency at http://ago.mo.gov/Consumer-Protection.htm and at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/index.shtml
