LINGO IS A LOSER

LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA -- Lingo is the absolutely the worst VOIP on the web. From the day I received the router the service was bad. I should have known then. To make matters even worse they assess 25.00 late fees should you be late no grace period is allowed and ues not even 24 hours. In addition they when they employ reps they must have a calling for hiring a complete b**ch because there are many and the biggest one remains nameless but begins with a L. Do yourself and the world a favor don't use their services and with luck hopefully Lingo will go out of business!

You could contact Primus Telecommunications (US)-Lingo's owners- [7901 Jones Branch Dr., McLean, VA] (703) 902-2800, but given the reviews I seen, you might be wasting your time. At least take a moment to file an official complaint at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/index.shtml If nothing else, it will add to the existing Lingo complaints and eventually someone may bring some pressure on them to serve their customers properly.
