Comcast Corporation Complaint - High-Definition service unreliable
I've been a loyal Comcast customer for years. I have both my internet and cable tv through them. I recently upgraded my box to a HD box so I could get all the HD channels on my High-Definition TV. It worked great at first. A beautiful, crisp picture. After the first week, we've been experiencing service problems ever since. Regular cable works fine, but the HD channels, as crisp as they are, skip constantly. We've had techs come out to no avail. Each time they visit, the service is miraculously working fine. I've found myself not even using the HD channels anymore, and I am looking to cancel the service.
Be warned that, at least in my area, the HD service is not quite up to par yet.
