VIRGINIA -- This company has had my laptop for over a month. I can get no information on what was wrong with it or when I can get it back. You can not speck to a supervisor and you can not speak to anyone doing the work on your laptop. They have the rudest customer service reps ever. You get no information at all from them. I purchased this warranty from Walmart for $99.00 when I purchased my laptop. Please do not make the same mistake I made and purchase this warranty. Best buy and Target also sells this same warranty. Buyer beware

A lot of these retailers have signed up third party warranty companies to repair laptops, desktops, phones, etc. If you complain to the store, they just say take it up with the warranty company. The warranty company, of course, says take it up with the store. You're right, they aren't worth the money. You're better off just taking it to a local computer shop where they actually care about their customers.
