MICHIGAN -- My son wanted to order a Hero Rockband Guitar, we don't normally order over the internet because of identity thieft. We asked for help and after the 6th person we were frogotten. Nobody wanted to help us.

Any store would have done something like this. I would still shop at Best Buy.
