NO Refund/ Reschedule in Advance Policy- Even With Medical Issues/ Corporate Ac - Complaint
I have never used the site before. I made a reservation for a $400. rental car made through my employer's large Corporate Concierge recommendation(50,000 members). My wife was ill (with doctor's care/letter) and I called in advance to speak to someone about rescheduling or cancelling. I was told there was absolutely no rescheduling, no cancellation and no recourse at all even though I gave early notice and I had not received any service. I was told that there was no phone or email access to a manager or executive in customer care. I could only reach a manager through US Mail. I searched the Internet and I have tried their call back system but have had no return call. I have emailed customer service but no reply as of yet. I tried to reach them on Facebook and was immediately reported as spam and blocked from their page. Still got plenty of time before my reservation dates but cannot even contact anyone there. I just lost $400 before my reservation occurs. Cant even give away the service. I wish I had NEVER tried their service
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to at least to speak to someone?
