Pizza Delievery - Complaint
MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA -- On Saturday July 14 at 1024 pm I placed an online order for delivery from store #1287. My ordered wasn't received until 1219am. I made a call to the business at 1120pm asking the employee that answered if there was a possible eta for the arrival of my delivery. I was told that they couldn't give me any eta and had no idea when my pizzas would be delivered. At 1215am I placed another call to the restaurant and spoke to the manager Ashley who told me that the delivery guy was coming to my door. I waited just under 2 hours for my order just to received all three pizza cold. I then called the restaurant again and spoke to the manager Ashley again who told me the driver was off duty and there was no way for me to get another order or my money back. She did offer to credit my account which I denied. I have had several problems with this restaurant for this such as long delivery times, cold or undesirable pizzas. On different occasions the driver either had to refund my money or I had to wait for another delivery of fresh hot pizzas. I declined the credit for my account because I am displeased with the service I've received and don't plan on ordering from this restaurant again. I received a complaint phone number 305 430 1246 from the manager at nw 200st and nw 2nd ave. I have called and left messages since the night of the incident with no returned calls.
