IHOP - Terrible Pancakes

ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- We had the 2 by 2 by 2 senior breakfast on Sunday July l5 at IHOP Goodman St. Rochester NY. the pancakes were awful - inedible - I ordered eggs over easy they came over hard - coffee not hot - I complained to the waitress and she brought another order of pancakes -still not good - complained to the manager and she took 2 dollars off each tab. I can get better pancakes in any diner in Rochester . I talked to the District Manager, but got nowhere with him - you could at least offer me and my companion a free meal at IHOP to compensate for the fiasco of Sun. July 15.

What was wrong with the pancakes that made them inedibile? Runny, tough, cold? A description of the problem with them would be helpful.
