Overstock.com - Excellent Customer Service Experience!

GEORGIA, GEORGIA -- Their customer service is the best I've come across and they offer great discounts. Just to give an example, how many other companies do you know of that will stand behind a product they sell, yet wasn't made by them? I had a product that they sell fail outside of Overstock's return period. When I contacted customer service and explained that the manufacturing of this particular product was faulty, they immediately took steps to remove the item from their website and refund me the full amount. I received emails and phone calls through the whole process from excellent CS reps.

While not all of Overstock's customers have had this type of service, it's always good to hear when a company satifies one of it's customers. It's nice of you to take the time to compliment them as well!
