JK Harris and Company Compliment - JK Harris and Company

Review by Josef on 2005-12-07
My name is Josef and I am in Chicago Illinois. In December of 2004 I conracted with JK Harris to represent my tax issues to the IRS. I had been getting harassing phone calls at home at work, they threatenned to take away my home, my car, and my pay if I did not comply with their ridiculous suggestion to pay them in full the amount $76000.00. I have a dependent in college and a wife with medical issues. Did I purposely evade IRS---no!!!!!! My financial situation had changed and I began working 2 jobs just to exist, not survive mind you, to exist.
JK Harris has done a remarkable job in having my Offer in Compromise accepted in the amount of $12,000.00 that I have agreed to pay over the course of the next 24 months. Sure, at times it may have been difficult for me to communicate with my Case Specialist but it only seemed that way because I was out of control, completely desperate and no one could work fast enough for me.....but that was my illusion, and the reality was that it did take time, however, as you know, that when the IRS owes you money they take their sweet time, but when you owe them money? BAM! instant levies or leins!
In my experience with JK Harris, I am using them again to file for my 2005 taxes and have even recommended many of my business associates to use the firm. So far, I have not heard any complaints from my business associates.

JK Harris and their professionals do deliver! Do you think that maybe those that are trying to pull the wool over the eyes of IRS and JK Harris are not satisfied? Two powerful entities!

Thumbs up to JK Harris and all of their professionals!

I would like to have your guy handling my case. I have filed timely every year but I find myself owing $15,000.00. I saw their advertisment on TV and contacted them. I payed them $3,000.00 and they have not even returned my phone calls after they informed me the could not help me at all. What are my options now? Thank you.

My senior parents have been fighting with them for 6 years now, on something JK Harris said they would handle in less than one year. Now IRS had stated they will deduct 15 percent from their Social Security checks. That alot for senior that don't get much to start with. Every few weeks they get a new agent. Every 3 months my parents have to send this huge pile of paperwork on expenses etc, fedex to JK Harris, of course then they get someone new and have to start all over again. This is truly a shame. I don't know how to help them!
