SPIRIT Airlines - Delays, delays, delays
ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA -- SPIRIT Airlines should be called "Delay Airlines." Never ontime, delays upon delays with EXTREMELY poor, poor customer service. Three delays upon leaving ORLANDO on 7/19/12.
Goodness, how do they stay in business. This was my first and LAST time with Spirit Airlines. When calling customer service, expect to be put on hold for 45 minutes to 2 hours before a representative answers your call.
